One of the employees noticed I was comparing products and took the time to answer my questions. They weren't pushy at all, just genuinely helpful. Good customer service like that is becoming harder to find.

There are already many reviews describing the same issue, and I’m adding mine because this has been a repeated experience. The meat I buy here consistently weighs differently before and after cutting. I purchase meat from this store regularly, and my wife was the first to point out that the weight seemed less after cutting. Since then, I’ve been paying close attention, and the difference is noticeable. Sometimes they don’t even weigh the meat after cutting — they just bill it directly. Today, I questioned the store person about a 0.3 lb difference, which is a significant amount, especially when it’s around six pieces in mixed goat. I also never asked them to remove fat, so that’s not an excuse. The explanation I received was not convincing. He said that removing hair and machine cutting can reduce some weight. Sure, a small reduction is normal — but not this much. I know very well how meat is cut and what kind of weight loss is reasonable. This is beyond that. At this point, I’m convinced I’ve been overcharged multiple times. I would strongly avoid buying meat from here.

Good international market really steering towards Indian. I was able to pick up some sauces that I wanted that are not available at your Publix or Kroger or Walmart. Very good selection of vegetables and we always look in the markdown rack for packages vegetables for $1.39. it's a good deal

I’m leaving this review mainly for the management, because this issue keeps happening and it’s honestly getting frustrating. Every time we ask for small chicken pieces, we’re very clear about it. But instead of taking the small pieces, the staff just gives whatever pieces are already in their hand, which are usually big pieces. The small pieces are right there, but no one bothers to pick them. This isn’t the first time. This has happened 10–12 times, and at this point it feels like they’re just not listening at all. We explain it clearly, but the request is ignored. The problem is, big chicken pieces don’t work for curry. They don’t cook properly, and once we get home, it’s hard to cut or fix them. We’re not asking for anything special—just what we requested and what we’re paying for. Good customer service is simply listening and giving the right product. Please make sure the staff understands this and actually follows customer requests instead of taking shortcuts. Hope the management looks into this and fixes it, because we really don’t want to keep facing the same issue again.

I recently visited Subidha Superstore, and I had a wonderful experience. The store offers a wide variety of Indian vegetables, making it easy to find everything I needed. The store is well-organized, and the staff are friendly and helpful. I’m very satisfied with my visit and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for authentic Indian produce.
